alongside us in the blue the old gods dive

cold currents sweep limbs downstream

winter noon the betta imagines a mad world

sum of our breaths the grey fog ahead

limp into the winter mist the bruised knee

flee from the playground filled with demons

midnight marsh the glow of mushrooms

lukewarm skin

dusk sky split between fire and ice
