herded programmed reprogrammed to obey

purge the mind space of otherworldly bugs

spring night flows upriver

the pact between light and dark- to be shadow

gather patches of night and make it whole again

cloudy with a chance of post-apocalyptic vibes

within this shell i guard forest and ember

flesh skin bone soul you are neither of these

the notion of self is lost to concrete constructs
