hovering overhead winged gods guide me along

dragonfly’s drone in sync with inner drum beat

with every turn and sigh the night softens

strobe effect the monsoon at mad intervals

a ghost revisits the noon rain

chants from the underground earworm spell

the summer storm speaks and we listen

pigeon standing her ground against the storm

up in arms freeway trees each a green agenda

broken fence death too is freedom in disguise
