each word is a ghost a sliver of dawn against black stone
fall once twice again and again the tower crumbles at each dusk under dying breaths
blade edge forged in rebellion and feasts on ruined destinies
an untamed fire a heartbeat older than the gods and dances to the song of stars
come dawn she births a swarm of shadows in her splintered name
each note a fine thread that tangles in the root of throats
he whispered a language that has no mouth like a serpent shedding skin on stone
