will you sit and sin and hum with me until the pain passes
expand and fill the domain of lies bringing to life the absurd
almost spring soft and hurried pleasures of night
winter at dawn the crows of gentrification searching your pockets
winter when you go would you take us with you
boxed in by the winter night and stealing your chivalries
for the arts we scream and sink into the very stage we were birthed from
resounding and depleted acts of rabid tantrums
what will the ego be when we are no longer that which we claim to be
