winds part the grass and the hungry forest swallows traces of our presence
i digress taking the unexplored aisle between trees
expanse of the eastern shores filled with the presence of a single soul
the softest clouds on your side of the bed
cold dawn the stream that struggles to be the sea
the seas call and bodies answer unapologetic shamelessly bare for the taking
autumn night filled with odd dreams and strange events what more can i ask for
summer still breathing down our necks we wait in sweat
the green parrot calls and we play a game of hide and seek amongst autumn leaves
