a morsel of moonrock that’s all you get this autumn night
not ghosts just random thoughts wandering the empty hallways
in one fluid motion the body slumps on the sidewalk
pale winds strumming the clothesline
how important we feel just by staying alive
marching underground flesh follows flesh
where’d your lungs go little crow
bus ride the fly kissing random strangers
speaking of pretty things the spider floats down
