people in the streets picking up fire and flinging them back into night skies
death at dusk stands outside the gates with a bowl for alms
the pale skies beg for fire and flames of impartial dissent
reply to the messages of phantoms hidden in the fog
summer dusk we reclaim flesh and hours lost to the heat
disengage from the notions of compromised emotions
dontcha just feel it in ya bones the blue moon hitting all the right notes this summer night
the fog erasing glass towers before human eyes
