full moon the seas froth with delight
prowl the corridors a trail of cat shadows
after dark we unfold limbs and behave human
barren tree mynahs where leaves used to be
summer bare field a bouquet of wildflowers
dog shadow watches the capitalist concrete rise
come dawn the body accepts and the mind forgets
each night the flesh and mind evolves
flesh upon flesh conjuring formlessness
