the city grunts at the tiny patch of forest which responds with a quiet gaze that chills the bones of concrete
a planet birthed inside a test tube tiny moons orbit as sparks glitter within the self contained microcosm
with pale fingertips we lift the fragile light of dawn
soft and synchronised grass blades choose rhythm over violence
the slow deliberate drip of candlewax on flesh patterned after deviant symbols
the eastwind holds its breath and with a sigh drifts apart
i pray: that your dreams be kind to you tonight
even you can grow gardens from silence
breaths merge and for a heartbeat the room softens
