happy hour the octopus served under neon lights
door ajar cat shadow slips into the dark
evacuating my coffee and i fire drill
the summer rain on the wrong side of fence
corridor stampede grey clouds unfazed
divine the future from crow feathers
no longer human mere shadows before the bonfire
sunbird on fence devours the noon sun
