spring winds bellow and bend shadows
petals rise and join the dragon swarm overhead
carpenter bee floats down gentle spring breeze
spear tip catches a raindrop clouds at war
nothing of significance done today strangely fulfilling
burdened is the sword with rust and blood
our footsteps lost to the drizzle and grey
spring bodies alternate between sepia and grey
lost in the rushed river flow coffee turns cold
