cloud hands reach and merge gap in the sky
after the rain the concrete silence cast in sepia
the dream ends with the sound of rainfall
autumn on the horizon dark and wanting more
autumn oblivion is a stone’s throw away
use this body make it feel and rage and feel again
rooster at dawn waking empty shells
siting still and wrestling with the emptiness
people closing windows i open to the dusk rain
