summer night thoughts hold the moon hostage
the rawness of life more rust on skin
having a soul defies everything they ever made
bound and undressed before logic
that we are broken bodies and orphaned minds
allow the soul to take in the landscape
rain at dawn the shift from dark to grey
designed to mask your feelings night tide
summer the narrative is population control
