mynah hops alongside up the stairs
scattered dark gathers in the summer room
never take for granted the face of peace
take root and tangle limbs within limbs
deep traces of blue in the darkest night
look to the stars and gather your dark
dusk we rise from the ash cloud
crawl across the cancerous landscape
beckon summer winds to deliver mercy
