tunnel lights contort and spiral out of control
sound of fighter jets cold winds flash heated
do not reason with the darkness it is absolute
neon lights sink with the silence dusk
a memory of waves pieces of a broken ship
summer dawn a black tide rides the blue
dusk across the highway in the faint drizzle
the rain returns another round of gin
the mist blankets the sullen concrete
