just perfect tea and the spring novel
left arm numb you wouldn’t understand
stare down at coffeehouse crow wins
and perhaps a vaccine to rid us of our sins?
morning bus ride the half moon stalks
dusk prayer lit wick crackles in reply
spring the plants bask in deadly heat
mid noon we plough the barren baked soil
soul music
fills empty shells
quiet morning
