tangled stems the hunger for light
relax to the dance of spring winds and leaves
soft the songs of winged gods first light
dawn
winter crows surround
the frail human
reflecting
and seeking
a day has passed
the approaching blackness skies part
dusk this newfound blankness of mind
after dark
sirens sound the end
of winter
winter never truly ends
