and listen
eyes of crow shadow
cold dawn the rust found in foliage
searching for omens in winter garden
elusive words prowling the concrete garden
flesh tsunami standing absolutely still
sea of masks sanity glides on thin ice
mind’s eye watching dawn light spirals
nauseating dreams we respond to the dark
