mid noon sky it rains grey needles
winter dusk we reason with dead gears
fast walk slow walk
truly not going anywhere
dark outside a voice loiters the dream
winter after dark the moon up in smoke
wind shake the stem spine of dimensions
return fallen petals to the rot
after dawn
empty shells ramble
in paradise
