mist from our bodies
in knots
trail run
engulfed in
winter rain
provokes the stillness your sensual breathing
a lesson on control the darkness permeates
flooding our frail senses the noon rain
winter crow gliding across glass reflection
standing in subway corner revel in cold
when you realise it the cold bites in harder
rain outside
the death contained
within concrete
