Grim Harvest

Super stoked to present my next ttrpg set in the dark fantasy world of Kravan- Grim Harvest! Play the role of an ammo harvester solo or with friends, as you try to survive the horrors of the Grim! Check it out on DriveThruRPG or itch.io at the links below. As always, your love and support matters!
How to Play?
Each round is simple and deadly: roll a Scene, resolve rival harvesters, roll an Encounter, then choose to Blood Harvest or Flee. Stay longer and you may return with enough ammunition to save your faction. Push too far and Grim may plant you, consume you, or tempt you with a Weapon of Mass Destruction powerful enough to change the war forever. A shared War Clock drives the game toward its end, forcing every player to decide how much they are willing to risk before Grim closes.
In solo play, Grim Harvest becomes a tense survival journal about one harvester trying to return with enough ammunition to matter. In multiplayer, it becomes a cruel contest of territory, greed, sudden death, and faction victory. Players may fight over the same scene, loot the fallen, flee too early, or stay too long. The winner may carry the war home, but the forest always grows.
Perfect for zines, one-shots, solo journaling, convention tables, dark fantasy war stories, and minimalist RPG collections, Grim Harvest delivers an entire battlefield ecology in a handful of rules.
inside the verdant undergrowth an industry of smaller gods gently begin the process of decay
a labour of love: how quietly the stream carries worlds and souls to the otherside
blue hour: with ceremonial stiffness pale hands draw the blade
fallen: fruit forbidden sweetens the scorched earth beneath it
every living thing lowers its voice: the silence of night is mutual
