petals ride the sea breeze others eaten by hungry fires

filling empty plots with blood and cement

like cancer the concrete spreads

parking lot grey a purple flower blooms

to the autumn night we give our limbs

shadows stretch and slip back into the forest grim

another shot of soju ready for the cosmos

slender legs part as the oceans swell

her silhouette a dream of moon and waves
