the prophet of bone claims that the stars are dead and traces a finger through space dust
midnight her hands woven with ivy and bone she calls out to the wild things
take thy crown and lose your name you are nothing but endless
she calls out to me the daughter birthed of scales and ice luscious locks of night flowing like veins across an infant world
singing alongside the embers a chant of dying gods and fading spells
beneath the skin of the world i asked the ash what it remembered before the fires
i write these words in the hope that they may cull your flesh of ego
this day today in this very moment the breath of chaos is calm and warm
