Powder & Fire is a lethal micro RPG of moth-servants, courtly ruin, and captive flame. In a kingdom lit by imprisoned fire, players serve a dying Monarch made of sacred powder, ash, silk, and wings. Beneath the palace, the oldest flame still speaks from within the Red Cage, while above, the Powder Court duels for favor, seduces for secrets, and struggles to keep the realm from collapsing into ash. With only a d6, a few details, and a single fragile life, players pursue power, love, truth, or destruction in a court where death comes easily and fire remembers what it once was.
