moonlit forest we wait for our true names to be whispered
wraiths running amok in the cloister-like corridors of the brain
learning to breathe in the city of shadows
crashing dissolving at the feet autumn waves
finding eternity in the quiet hum of the universe
clouds unravelled the rain speaks softly to the earth
quiet within the storm a dance of chaos and existence
memories a ghost dancing on the edge of oblivion
nothing left to ponder the mind hung out to dry in autumn winds
