summer we work this flesh out of compassion
moonrise the passion between the light and tide
soft and sure i will dream of your laments and divine antics
piety presents itself as the wild beast never realizing what it is capable of
all the quiet we can contain within this cradle of flesh
summer at dusk we drive the mind past the dead end
holding nature captive in our eyes the designs of her beauty
remake the senses to push our animal instincts into overdrive
