autumn clouds fill the void between glass towers
the morning after surrounded and trapped in by savage pigeons
pulled apart at dawn with just strands of light to hold on to
locked in a deep dark embrace with the autumn night
the promise of stretched skin laid out to dry
I take my time with the glitter on your skin
a tale of two cinematic visions imploding in the dying light of dusk
dream within a dream the flesh tossed and sauteed in bed
hot oil worked into frail joints the beauty of this moment
