every step of the way in the shadow of the winter moon
beyond the sun the flesh yearns for the call of paradise
buddha at the burn bin revisiting his faith
the void in the room cat shadow’s ears at attention
mist after the rain our cruel world is soft for awhile
in the beginning before the void there was only…ego
in peace i arrived in peace we shall go
ear to the ground we hear the footsteps of future generations
in the leaves from dirt and stone fires speaks to us
