shadow of table sparrows discuss flight plans
dusk warmed oil worked into tender limbs
halftime black butterfly floats out the window
an extra pair of eyes in the dark crow perched on cctv camera
nightfall in the process of translating this skin
come closer we speak in greys and binaries
coffee whilst the morning gales wail
in this grey expanse feelings matter lives matter
