tripping on sparrow talk
red blue blinkers stranded in night’s rain
nightfall not a dream storm grows
to bed with a head full of fires
rush hour becoming one with flesh vortex
savage storm cloud teasing us with drizzle
chilly salt winds from the belly of aged sky
conversing with ghosts of the summer coast
the gods beckon but towards the dark i flow
