to dusk fires we offer our cold limbs
euphoria the gods invade this body
epiphany of sorts the wine sinks in
winter night death straddling
restless mind rain clouds drift south
after dark follow the stranger in prayer
exile from body this anger
feeling human might find a purpose today
roadside puddle pigeon takes a cold bath
