pigeon straightening its back almost human
winter dawn we split the warmth amongst bodies
ghost of christmas eve waiting for the bus
pigeon overlords exchanging pleasantries
dusk the thunder in this line
autumn done with this body
recording the sounds of the evening rain
drop after drop winter sky shrivels up
finishing touch to mynah’s nest a tissue
