blessed with infinite monologues to self
gin burns a hole in the soul
finite space. recognise/ the mortal anomaly;
divine the rest from flesh
still city
winter we undress to feel human again
enter without knocking cold winds at dusk
if reality is fabric then seasons are dye
to arms at the kingfisher’s call
