far off the mushroom cloud a gentle reminder
blindfolded we crawl through the dying grey
follow the cold moon trail winter trial
feeling of absolution at every waking turn
old gods old trees holding breath
dusk the body falls under a spell of lethargy
a shadow sits still in the gloom gale
eye of the fly storm rotting jackfruit
bodies become blur passing through concrete
