just so you know the crow has proclaimed itself king of grey
the snow is replaced by neon spores falling floating in space
twilight we cast limbs and bones into the void
crows hops closer to hear the words prayer of the old gods
dawn unearth frozen limbs from under bedsheets
shadows stilled by the frost of silence
noon the cold takes us apart limb by limb
winter winds rock this frail cradle of dried leaves
the kingfisher trapped in the mist paradise denied
